“We stayed here for a month and a half while I was working at the local hospital. It was very affordable and is an all age park. The park was very clean and quiet. It is fenced and gated with a code, and as a family of three with a young child, we felt very safe. The showers and laundry room and patio were modern and very clean, I would recommend it to young professionals and traveling families, as it was close to downtown restaurants and public transportation. We were close to many attractions and could easily get to well known hikes quickly.”

“I've never written a review for a vacation home before but the Arizona Vacation Rentals company surpassed my expectations and I felt compelled to share my experience. Communication was always great if I ever needed anything and If I ever had any questions. The process of renting the location was a simple and seamless. the information binder inside the home had all the information I could have possibly needed and was helpful. The home itself was fully furnished and felt welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable and everything was stocked from kitchen ware to towels and sheets. The maintenance on the location was top notch! Its obvious they have regular house cleaning done and the pool out back was maintained and clean. I enjoyed that the location was close to a main road and conveniently close to grocery stores, banks, etc... Overall a 100% wonderful experience and I highly recommend working with Arizona Vacation rentals whenever you are looking for a home rental.”

“The folks at SunRae StageStop are a pleasure to work with and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is best for you! I stayed at their site for 8 nights and it was very clean with plenty of room for my camper. They even went above and beyond to find and recommend the perfect contractor to do a major repair on my RV - this was a huge help considering it was a complex repair and most RV repair guys won't do. Have no worries, these guys will take care of you. I highly recommend!”

“Amazing! My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, the staff were all very friendly, and the actual location was phenomenal. To get there, you drive on a 7 mile dirt road. We were able to do it in a Mustang; however, it would be much easier to do in a high-clearance vehicle. We did a few hikes while staying here, and they were well marked and easy to follow. We even saw a few wild burrow! The hot springs themselves were wonderful. They have a lot of activities you can sign up for. Overall, very clean and I highly recommend visiting. We will definitely be going back!”

“I enjoyed staying in a smaller motel, the owner/manager made me feel at home with their kindness and the place is kept clean. Helpful #1- showed me how to get my key to work, when I was struggling with it. #2- showed me where my guest could park for a few hours, in the small parking lot. I met nice people from other rooms, some return year after year, I know that I'll keep returning, also. Thank you for the great experience and I'll see you soon.”

“I live here and have for about 20 years. I'm afraid our manager is losing control. We have the next generation moving in. Our auto speeds have increased and the yards are out of control with weeds. We have good managers and have been for a number of years. Raindance is a very good park to live in.”

“Have always loved visiting here but were stunned at how the new management has bamboozled the residents. Using their park as a guinea pig since they have never managed RV parks before...not asking their opinions before tearing down features that are in good shape and leaving them without for months when they said "only 3 weeks" for replacements or reconstruction. We really hate the new "cracker box" homes that have been brought in. I could go on but will finish on this note....how dare you structure their rent so they can no longer pay annually....of course it allows you to raise the rent throughout the year.....already twice!!! And it was 6 percent instead of the 3 percent you stated publicly. We are no longer considering moving there.”

“Came here from over 20 hours away and tried multiple campgrounds most didn’t answer or were 55+ resorts. Desert Oasis was recommended by a coworker so I drove out there. The parks staff did very prompt work of moving a few rigs around to make mine fit….the staff here is too notch and instantly made me feel at home. Dave and Brandy are model examples of what campgrounds need…many thanks you two we are very grateful”
