“As I drove into kiva lodge here in Mesa I was personally a fan of the Adobe style building and rooms..I went to open the office doors .locked. its always locked rang the bell and it took about a minute to get to the night window not so bad especially since the lady that answered was asleep I think...anyways I paid a great price for the room went into my room and to be honest was a tiny bit disappointed..only cuz the bed is as big as the room and the microwave plate dont spin other then that room was pretty clean not the cleanest but it's better then others I been in. it provided me with a wall table microwave and mini fridge and a pretty good TV I think wifi is extra (bout to ask later) and a chair so I can sit outside wasn't confturbal but just being able to sit outside the room was nice..i was expecting to see bedbugs and roaches and i haven't seen any still.. water was definitely hotter the other motels and the vending machine is only 75 cents..been here about a week and I would recommend if your on hard time”

“I love this hotel! Staybridge is the only hotel I’ll stay when I’m in Tucson. The staff here are absolutely amazing! Maricela, Denise, Ron, Joanna and Anita are all so nice. I’m usually here for several weeks at a time and like to come up and talk to whoever is at the front desk and they are all more than happy to talk and they actually take the time to get to know their guests. The rooms are very accommodating with large refrigerators, stove, cookware and a dishwasher. The entire hotel is very clean and presentable. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and the staff. It’s just a great place to stay!”

“I have stayed at the Five Star RV park the last two winters. I would recommend this park to anyone who likes a small quiet friendly place to park. there is plenty of grass for my little dog and the neighborhood around the park gave us nice plenty of places for long walks. There is a laundry right across the street and quick mart within walking distance. The family who own the Park are the best. I plan to stay again this winter as I have family in Gilbert just 4 miles from the Five Star..”

“I saw the other posts and wanted to be fair and post an honest review of this place. First off no place is perfect and if it was it would cost a lot more than Ranchwood. That being said most of my neighbors are older and I appreciate that they look out for our family and say hello when we go by. There are no drug dealers in the park, no gang members, or thieves. It is pretty close to shopping and schools. The pricing is fair and the manager goes thru daily to make sure there is no trash on the inside and outside of the park. There is no graffiti ever. They are pretty nice and fair as far as the rules go. The park is older and unfortunately there has to be rules so that the park does not look like the others on the outskirts. There are a few amenities like a club house with a pool table that we can use anytime and the management has BBQs every so often. (Twice since we have been here) that's pretty nice considering most places don't give you anything. I also like the fact that everyone owns their units so people try to take care of their places pretty good. I like it here and my family feels safe.”

“For a cheap place in a bleak neighborhood, this place was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy, the front desk was friendly, and everything was clean .... like, amazingly clean. Carpet looked new-ish, bedding had that fresh linen smell, towels were bright white, no lingering ancient dust in the corners left from lazy vacuuming. And the TV was set to display the correct aspect ratio, which is always nice and all too rare.”

“Been working here for over a year as an OTR driver. Let's be honest you have your good days and you have your bad days. Overall I have loved working here. I enjoyed building relationships with coworkers here and enjoyed the equipment and service this company provides. The pay is competitive for OTR when you look at the big picture.
