“55+ gated mobile home community with outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool (heated in the winter), fitness center (with two pool tables) in the club house, on-sight laundry room, church on Sunday mornings, BINGO on Tuesday evenings, coffee and doughnuts on Saturday mornings, dinners with bring something to share on most holidays, special events abound here! If you have a special event of your own that you want to sponsor, you can probably do that, too. All these amenities for competitively reasonable fees in a well maintained park. Oh, did you hear about the chickens? You won't need an alarm clock. Loving it! I've been living here for a year now and I believe I've found my forever home. Update: The parking areas and all park roadways have recently been resurfaced - all the way out to Center St.! It is wonderful to see such care and upkeep this community offers with lot fees much more reasonable than any of the surrounding parks in this area. Also, although I have yet to see these two features being used (shuffleboard and horseshoe) I have discovered they have these areas set aside for additional fun and games.”

“We did a girl's trip here and I was very impressed with the condos and staff. It is definitely worth 5 stars. They have many things to participate in and I love their outdoor areas with fire pits, shuffle board and games. I would definitely go back.”

“There is a reason that this location is considered the best resort in Arizona. It is a truly spectacular place to be. The staff are always extraordinarily polite and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The rooms and grounds are exceptionally nice and cared for. I could go on and on about how amazing this resort is, but it suffices to say that you should jump at the chance if you ever have an opportunity to stay here.”

“Hallways could use updating. But cheap friendly place. Not as bad as the reviews but you get what you pay for. My room had a decent size fridge and microwave. Good value but yeah if you're looking for a brand new hotel look elsewhere. Room was clean and average age, with marble bathroom counter. If you're sensitive to cigarette smell may not be your best choice. Parking is pretty easy and free. Entrance is a little clustered.... If you're handicapped might find a little difficult to use a wheelchair.”

“I stay at Best Western every week in Wisconsin due to work and earn points for future stays. I used my points here and was not disappointed, from the time we got there from the time we left. Mia was very polite and knowledgeable giving us suggestions on places to eat, visit, etc during our short stay. Hotel was very clean and kind of a throw back. Outside entry to your room which is very nice, don't get the hallway noise at night while trying to sleep. It's located right down town near night life and shopping, and some awesome restaurants. Everyone that worked here very polite, not the typical breakfast due to Covid but still very good. We will be back Loved It”

“The staff was awesome. They had a room available ahead of check in time and they allowed me to get into the room early which was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was good. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either. The pool was heated, so we were able to use it after dark and had gotten cool outside. I have stayed here one other time before this stay. I would stay there again.”

“Not sure why there are negative reviews. We stayed in room 240. Nice sunrise views. Enjoyed hot tub and pool. Close to trails that we hiked. Grocery store street entrance to the inn. Highly recommend. Great for couples get away. Taking away a star, whirlpool tub in my bathroom didn't work.”

The lady working the night of Jan 2 (MICK) was AMAZING.She was very attentive towards me n was very knowledgeable with the products. Also helpful in my decision making process. Store was very clean, stocked,, n organized. The other lady working that night was great as well (Laura I think). Highly recommend this store. Great experience”

Hunters stew was delicious, the homemade coleslaw even better, and the staff was super friendly and proud of their food. Good prices and satisfying portions. “My experience at this hotel was great !! I would highly recommend staying here to others. Everything about it was great, the rooms are very nice, amazing complimentary breakfast every morning. What really made the experience here so nice is the people who work here. Very nice and helpful for anything you need. The lady who helps out at breakfast Martha, was extremely helpful and filled the breakfast area with smiles and laughter (: She made sure we had everything we needed and then some ! You could just tell that she enjoyed being there to help others. You just don't see that very often anymore. So just because of her giving us that type of experience, we will definitely be back !!! “Really nice place very quaint small but very efficient. I was there for a 9-hour meeting with some other people and had a marvellous time there. There was breakfast served in the morning could not have been better. The front desk personnel was extremely helpful to all of us. The room was fantastic when we went downstairs to our meeting everything was set up perfectly sound system was great the video system works wonderfully no glitches no full pause everything worked good job Hilton thank you very much we'll make sure we return.”

“I've stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fultondale a few times and it's always a pleasant experience visiting. The hotel has a great breakfast offering every morning ranging from cereal and yogurt to made-to-order eggs and sausages. The lobby is pleasant and even has an outdoor area if you want to have your breakfast out in the sun. The rooms themselves are a bit on the older side, but the hotel seemed to be in the process of remodeling last time I visited and the new amenities are a great upgrade. The service from staff varies, but one gentleman who recognized me from an earlier visit made my day last time I stopped by. If I were to make any serious complaints, it would be that the lobby sometimes gets flooded with the small of chlorine from the pool, Overall though, the hotel is very nice, affordable, and in a fantastic location.”

“Decent hotel. This is an indoor access facility, where as the ones I have stayed at before are all outside access. I personally prefer the outside access, feels more like an apartment then. In this case it is a hotel that has a kitchenette in the room. Rooms are the same size as a regular hotel room. No stove but a couple of burners, microwave and full size refrigerator. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Wasn't too noisy either.”
