“My family and I enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was nice and there was a little to no noise. The area is a great place to have a staycation. I would only complain about two things. You would have to pay $12/night in a next door parking garage. Also, the people in the front are not very welcoming at all.”

“Everything about this Hotel was so wonderful. After leaving another resort and booking this one last minute I was so impressed. This Hotel made my birthday weekend special and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. The only problem was we booked a king bed and we got two queens. But this hotel fixes their mistakes and they did switch us rooms so we had a king. The two bell hops John and (can't remember his name) were so fantastic and friendly. They made sure that we had everything we needed and were talkative. Once we settled in we took a walk around the property and it is so beautiful. They have like 6 pools so most of the time you could find one and be alone or with few people there. I really enjoyed the Hidden Valley pool as it was quiet most of the time and the adults only pool that was 21+. Everyone was so friendly and nice asking if they could do anything for you. They had shuttles you could take from one part of the hotel to the other so you didn't need to walk everywhere. I really enjoyed myself and I definitely will be going back.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Andaz in Scottsdale. The amenities were beautiful, our room was spacious and we loved the patio. The location was ideal. But most importantly the staff was incredible. Darnell, Christine, and Andrew took care of us (put up with us haha) all week and made our stay 100 times more enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable trip with staff that goes the extra mile. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the trip effortless. Movie night, libations class, and a little tour around the property we’re a few things we did during our stay. We will be staying here our next round to Arizona for sure. “Smoketree Resort is an older resort owned and managed by a family. Each room opens on a large shaded green area, each with a patio and chairs. It’s a restful, quiet place to stay, and it’s our local favorite. There are refrigerators and coffee makers in the rooms, and there is a upscale grocery store nearby. Prices are significantly lower than other Scottsdale/Paradise Valley resorts or motels. It doesn’t look impressive from the road since there is a closed restaurant in the front, but once you drive around to the rooms, you find a sweet and restful retreat.”

From Scottsdale Road it doesn't look like much, bland even, but walk out onto your balcony overlooking Camelback lake and the McCormick Ranch golf course and you will see why this is such a popular location for return visitors. Lake side pool is basic but again, the view makes up for it. Central location makes this a great base amp location to explore and enjoy Scottsdale!”

“Nice resort style property with very reasonable prices. The suites are terrific with a kitchenette, a nice living/dining room and a large bathroom. Good for extended stays. The staff is very helpful and tries to ensure you are comfortable. Only negative was the noise from the street, which is a little disruptive when you sit on the balcony, but again you are paying a reasonable rate. The pool is well maintained, but bring the towel from your room :-)”

“Great secluded spot. The road to 93 is a bit rough. Could use some arrows on the road to indicate the direction for the RV spaces. Bathroom and shower were like a sauna. Hook ups were good and easy to get to. RV space are more private than most. Your neighbors sewage line is no where near your picnic and front yard area.”

She treats me with respect and anytime that I have needed anything she has gotten back to me in a timely manner. The park looks wonderful since Sylvia became manager compared to the other times I have lived here and the park looked like a junk yard . Sylvia takes great pride in her work and it shows all around Shadow Ridge estates.”
