“Four stars because I can't remember ever before getting to a hotel room in summer that I didn't have to immediately run to the thermostat to get the room cooling down. The room was at a comfortably refreshing temp, even on floor five if six. The beds are clean, made well, bedding comfy, mattress is harder than I am used to, which is normal for Sheraton and by night two I enjoy that. Everything is clean, but the furnishing in the bedroom area is dated and the desk and storage area isn't level so I have to be careful setting down anything that might roll. The bathroom feels modern and up to date but is really cramped and the door barely clears the toilet, so I never push it in all the way. Tempted to remove another star because they don't have any wheelchair accessible too.s for guests who need roll in showers.”

“My rating is focused in the quality of costumer service. I'm very positively impressed by how they took care of me even before arrival. John went the extra mile to make sure I did not have to wait at the airport to be picked up after my flight was cancelled and I chose to stay at this location. Upon arrival I noticed that this good will and care for guests extended to the associates working at the restaurant too. Thank you all for a great stay. Yes, people have commented before that the hotel seems to need a facelift and some other renovations. This is true. But, it should not affect the rating for the people that are working hard taking care of us. As Marriott has taken over this Brand, I am sure that we will see some much welcomed renovations soon. I think, this property offers a very good value for the money and we should wait eagerly to see how it will get improved soon. However, I feel we will keep getting the high quality costumer care that I have experienced.”

“I was staying at the hotel the first two weeks of march, and enjoyed my entire stay. One night in particular stands out however. I was returning from visiting with some friends and when I walked into the lobby there was a woman berating the front desk manager. From what I could gather she had been at another location and was not happy with the service she received there. When the front desk manager, I believe his name was Johnny, informed the woman that there were no rooms available she proceeded to become very volatile. Johnny kept his compositor through the entire encounter. He continued to apologize to the woman and try to help her in any way he could. She was still not happy, and eventually started making a scene. I thought for sure that the police would be called, but Johnny handled the situation, and was able to resolve the situation without becoming angry at all. I commend Johnny, I would not have been able to keep my cool nearly as long as he did.”

“I have stayed at a few Red Roof Inns and this one out by the Phoenix Airport was quite a nice surprise. Nicely renovated, clean and friendly and it's a Red Roof Inn +Plus with new bedding and many upgrades. Good rates but no breakfast. Give them a try you will be surprised how nice it is, I was.”

After services we enjoyed the remainder of the day at the pool enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Ordered margaritas and champagne and munchies. Drinks were good and food fresh. “I can’t even put into words how wonderfully accommodating the staff is here. Customer service is very obviously important. Also, the property is absolutely beautiful! We celebrated an engagement here with a girls day at the Spa. The spa manager was VERY accommodating (she got all 6 of us in), helpful & quick to respond! The whole process was better than I could have ever imagined. We were whisked away on a tour then given wonderful robes to get ready for our massages. The massage was one of the best I have ever had! I will be back time and time again, as well as, referring anyone I know here.”

“Stayed here for our 35th anniversary. It was lovely! From check in until check out, we were pleasantly surprised by the care given to us. We had an exquisite dinner at Prado - the sea bass and the short ribs... Divine! Had the bread pudding for dessert - Delicious!! Our room in building 10 had fabulous views of Camelback mtn. - a beautiful sight to wake up to. It was a great place to stay, but bring your wallet - it ain't cheap. ????”

“I would happily live at this complex... great floor plans, tons of green space... a dog park... multiple pools... a gym... everything you need as a tenant... & super close to shopping, supermarket & restaurants as well as the bus line... you really can’t go wrong, it’s quiet & the trash cans are close enough to walk to, but not so close that you can smell them in the courtyards... my only complaint would be parking... very few spots for us visitors, & tons of unused covered parking with the risk of getting towed...”

“The “pure” program this hotel utilizes is something special. They have plaques in the Pure rooms that describe how they clean to eliminate any type of allergen. Albeit, a bit sanitary in decor. They include a humidifier in the rooms. The cleanest room if ever stayed in. The mattress was too firm but walking on the floor bare footed and not feeling gross, outweighs the mattress issue! Friendly staff and quiet.”
