“I've been to this dunkin many times. Today's visit was excellent in every way. The two staff members were superb! They were helping multiple customers seamlessly. I asked one employee what time they opened. She said 5:00, but she was there much earlier, making the donuts. We talked for a minute. She said she loved her job! It made my day. I love meeting people who are great at what they do and are so happy it's contagious. I wish I'd taken the picture before we started eating and asked their names. Everything was delicious! Looking forward to returning soon!”

“While we didn't order our cabinets for the remodel we are currently undergoing... I will say that I would absolutely purchase cabinets from New Age if we were doing a New Build... These are cabinets that need to be absolutely appreciated in that kind of setting. Victor, the owner, gave us a tour of his facility and explained the entire process from start to finish!! I would enjoy having cabinets in a "Matte' finish, which is mostly personal preference about the end result is absolutely beautiful!! If you are doing a New Build, this is your company to go with!! The attention to detail and the end product is absolutely breathtaking!! Thank you to Victor for your time and patience!!”

“Very modern rooms, newly renovated. However there is quite a bit of construction going on throughout the hotel, pool is not yet open and there is a $35 valet fee for parking, no parking lot. The hotel did inform me of several areas where we could street park but this is very limited. Overall we had a good stay, very comfortable beds. Also had complimentary snacks/beverages. I'd stay here again”

“I would like to thank ServPro for extending themselves in our time of crisis. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and flood multuple rooms on the lower level of our home. ServPro responded quickly and effectively to assist and remedy the issue. Avery, our project manager was terrific. He personally came out the same day and immediately began the process of restoration. He graciously scheduled himself to returned when our insurance adjuster came to perform the inspection for our claim and was very helpful in assisting with explaining to her what was required to get our home back to satisfactory living conditions and free of any harmful mold in the areas that were affected. He and his team where so patient and never made me feel like a nuisance, because of my lack of knowledge about the processes they needed to perform. They answered ALL, and I had more than a few, questions and always made certain I not only understood, but was comfortable with each step. I can't tell you how much peace that brought. Even when they were busy with demanding schedules, they made certain to communicate with me and so I knew we were important and just as high of a priority. May I mention, we are NOT in their normal service area, but they came and helped us anyway! NOW THAT SPEAKS VALUMES, because they didn't have to extend themselves. An extra special thank you to Angela and Jackson. I've said a lot, but I can't say enough about these two ServPro team members! They are definitely an asset to the company and I can only hope that ServPro truly knows their value and how AMAZING their work ethics are. Not to mention, they are wonderful at their jobs and making a customer comfortable and reassured about the processes. They are professional and efficient, yet friendly enough that I was completely comfortable letting them into our home and going about my own business.....I APPRECIATE THAT most of all! Thank you again ServPro for having such awesome team members and keeping your standards high. I pray that we never need your services again...LOL! I vetted several contractors, read reviews, and met with Tom and Regina.. We walked around the house and discussed areas that needed to be repaired/replaced prior to painting. They went into detail and were knowledgeable about what preparation was needed for a thorough job --- I really appreciated this. They answered all my questions and the estimate was very reasonable. The Swift team worked extremely hard, were professional, were on time, and polite. Regina the project manager stopped by everyday to oversee the work progress.
