“I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work. Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish. All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. “This place is fantastic! I loved the Cambodian mixed grill (they were out of beef skewers), I actually appreciate a restaurant running out of things because it’s fresh. We also had the mi Chen egg noodle with shrimp and beef 10/10! The lemongrass beef was amazingly prepared and like no other dishes I’ve tasted. I will be a regular here, even the sweetened coffee is to die for! Thank you!!!”

We had an issue where our flange cracked and caused a huge leak under our toilet. Not only did he give friendly advice, he also recommended a great 3rd party company to assist with the additional repairs due to the flood. Austin was quick to respond and resolved the issues needed. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. “I've had TCH Plumbing at my house twice in the last few months. One time was to plumb my kitchen during a remodel. My wife was home and handled the coordination with the technician and the work was performed professionally and very cleanly. The second time I needed them was due to a backed up sewer line. They were able to get out within a couple hours and snake the line clear. No hassle or funny business. Very respectful to my wife who was home to meet them. Good company to call.”

“We had a laundry room water valve break and water was spraying everywhere. I got the main valve shut off and called Ground Zero for help. A technician was at my house within an hour and right behind him was a cleanup/restoration crew. They solved the problem and we were back in business right away. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! I really appreciate the quick response to our emergency! Second time using Ground Zero Plumbing. Brian, an A/C tech came out today and installed a compressor hard start unit on each of our A/C units. Brian ran the tests and informed me that the units were well with safe parameters but I decided to install the starter assists just to extend the life of the compressors. He installed the units for half the price I was quoted by another company. He was thorough and pleasant which I greatly appreciated! Matt was very thorough with his inspection. He then gave us options and was not pushy at all. He will be invited back.”
