“If you are considering moving here, don’t read any of the other reviews except this one, written on 11/5/2022. I have been here 9 months, moved across the country by myself and had the pleasure of making a bunch of new friends within my first week here. For starters, a sweet couple will knock on your door and greet you and welcome you to the community. So you will automatically know 2 people when moving in. This couple also runs events at the apt from game nights, movie nights, dinners, beer tastings, etc. If you want to make friends, go to these events. You will likely see me but you should introduce yourself to the closest stranger and they will greet you with a smile. Since February, the businesses have been opening up, all throughout the campus. If your concern is the noise from these people late at night, just get a unit on the other side of the building. I live directly above all the action and it’s really not bad… the train across town is louder than the people having fun outside. Keep in mind, you are renting an apt, you will hear noises no matter what. It is however a surreal feeling knowing that its just an elevator ride away from access to a brewery, cocktail lounge, a breakfast spot, coffee shops, plus much more (go on the website and read what is here). If pricing is a concern, you need to understand what you are buying into. This isn’t the projects. You are getting premiere access to the best apt complex in the city, with a management staff that actually cares about you, listens to you, and voices your opinions to the owners. I am not just saying this either to fluff up your expectations either. Remember when I said I moved across the country? Do you think I had the availability to tour the apt as they were being built? No. The leasing agent (Shoutout Chloe by the way) put her hard hat on and took a ton of pictures for me, and worked with my on my lease when I had to adjust my move in date. Additionally, we were comped gym passes while ours was being worked on. These are just a few things that I can share from first hand experience to prove that management and the owners care about their residents. Until management gives me a reason to move out, I will be renewing my lease until it is time for me to buy my house. No matter what age you are, there will be a place for you here. I’m in my 20’s and I’ve had wonderful conversations and made friends with people in their 30’s all the way to people in their (likely) 70’s or older. Nobody gets treated differently here.”
