“I’ve lived here for a little over a month now and this place is hands down the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the community is always super clean and not too hectic, the pool area is beautiful and everything you could ask for. I initially thought the pool area was small but I promise it’s perfect size, on top of that the grill access has been a huge bonus to this place that I didn’t know I wanted when I moved in. The units are beautiful and there’s nothing better with the high gas prices than to be able to just walk to Bashas and get groceries without having to jump in my car. Maintenance has been incredibly fast and are very friendly. The ONLY complain (if it’s even that) that I have is that the surrounding area isn’t super lit up at night but I run it every night anyway and have never had an issue with feeling unsafe outside of it being a little dark. I also understand this is not an Arise problem rather than the area around it so I obviously didn’t mark them down. If you’re considering living here I would HIGHLY recommend it because this has been a better experience than I imagined it to be”

“I’ve been living here since 2020, I’ve had 2 issues which was resolved with urgency - I prefer to deal with Jane, after reading some of the reviews im really shocked. We’ve never had roaches, bugs, etc… My stove damn near caught on fire & it was handled ASAP, My AC broke once & that was also handled ASAP again via contacting Jane. But my biggest ISSUE is the gates are either ALWAYS open or Not working!! There’s so many random ppl entering our apartments just doing whatever they please! If its apart of our rent, IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED just as the price is every year! I would def recommend esp for the area we reside in!”

“I have had good experiences renting out my property, and I am extremely surprised by so many negative comments. I wonder if there is one set of business practices for one group of people and a completely different business practice (Including being rude) for the other group. Question: I would like to have a better understanding of why tenants have been treated so differently. Certainly tenants are expected to pay rent on time and to keep the place clean and habitable. Does anyone have any ideas how the reviews can be so opposite for people?”

“*Edit to add: Talked to management about my smoking neighbor. They supported us and now we are really 100% smoke free! Yay! Love love love living here. Beautiful! Can’t wait until they finish remodeling the club house! ♥️ I find very charming the view (last pic with the rainbow). We love living here. We’ve just asked for maintenance a couple of times, once they came the same day, the next time they came the next day. We enjoy a lot the fire pit, walking around. We also love spending time at the Ramada while making burgers. It’s a beautiful place to live in. Really recommend it. The only thing I’m not so fond off is: it’s supposed to be a smoke free residential area but my stubborn neighbor keeps sneaking out and smoking next to our bedroom so the stink gets in. She has her febreeze outside to spray, like if I was stupid and couldn’t tell she’s smoking, though I’ve asked her multiple times not to smoke near my bedroom, she keeps ignoring me. Everything else is great ♥️🦋”
