“The only thing I can think of is if there's major work going to be done on the property, if possible, just continue to make sure the residents are given a heads up. Cox was here last week to do some upgrade work that involved the parking lots and we didn't know until we heard them working. It wasn't really inconvenient for us, except my spouse couldn't use his car for a day or two as he was more-or-less less blocked in. The office has been pretty good about doing this since I've been here.”

The location is perfect, very central to the 51, I-10, and the 17 and a lot to do in the area. The complex is very quiet and has a huge gated parking garage with plenty of resident and guest parking which is rare! The units are a good size, very comfortable, and ours even has an awesome fireplace! Some of the appliances are outdated but it is worth it for the price and location. Perfect for first time renters with a lot of great perks apartments often lack!”
