“This Catalina Hardware store lives up to the ACE brand. I come from White Bear Lake, MN and in that town, ACE Hardware was and is the Hub. Catalina ACE Hardware has the same qualities. You walk in the store and a staff member is there waiting to greet or help you. These guys and gals are technical, helpful and know where everything is in the store. When I was looking for a Weber Natural gas grill, I checked all the bigger hardware stores in Oro Valley/Tucson, then called Catalina ACE and spoke to the manager Steve because I wanted to shop locally. His price was competitive and he knew the answers to my questions. A week later he arrived with the grill and cover and expertly installed it in my back patio. This was July 2019. Then recently I struggled with a lamp and shade purchased in Colorado 15 yrs ago. This is not an ordinary lamp, so I bought some parts on my own at this ACE and tried to fix it, but I'm not that good at it so I asked a staff member who told me to bring in the shade, which I did. Such a busy store nearly every time I am there, but I left my lamp/shade, Steve and staff fixed it and called me an hour later to pick it up. We folks living in SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch are very fortunate to have this ACE Catalina Hardware and many people here comment how much they appreciate and "go to" this store. Thanks to the MGR and Staff, keep up the good work!!”

Mr. Etchen has installed a new hot water heater, replaced an outdoor faucet, wrapped pipes for the winter, installed a new kitchen faucet, and, today, he repaired a toilet and a shower head. He has done everything to perfection. He is always on time, reasonable in price, professional and cleans up after himself.I have never been disappointed in his work which he guarantees....but I have never had to call him back. She helped me sell my house in Chandler for more than asking price, and in my opinion this was due to her suggestions about altering the curb appeal and staging. Literally the first couple to view the house put an offer in that was 5k more than asking price (495k). I had talked to several other agents before Yolana and they said they could sell my house quickly, but the selling price would be between 425k and 450k! Beware of quick sellers; they sell the house quickly by undervaluing your house. Yolana helped me find a wonderful new house, but unfortunately due to an accident a short time later I could no longer use the stairs of the two story home, and had to find a single level house.
