“I hired Tom Campbell with Long Realty to sell our house in May 2017. I have been through the house selling/buying process five times in my life. It can be tedious and stressful. Having a good agent makes everything so much easier. Tom Campbell far surpassed my best expectations by getting four contract offers for $3,400 over market value within 24 hours of listing the property. In my experience that doesn’t happen through luck. After the sale, I went back and researched an online service’s comparables to make sure I hadn’t sold the property for too little. According to the information I found, Tom far outdid all of the agents who sold comparable houses in that neighborhood in the past year. He outperformed them by anywhere from $2,500 to almost $20,000. Here is just one example: Two months prior, an agent sold an almost identical house to ours for $11,000 below the online service’s price. It was in a better location, and had nicer upgrades than ours. We were at the disadvantage yet Tom outperformed that agent by almost $15,000. When I hired Tom I didn’t ask for a discount commission rate. I wanted a professional working for me, and I believe in paying people what they are worth. However, as it turns out, he basically paid his own fees with the high sale price he got for our house. His commission rate was effectively less than 0% in comparison to the other agents. He gave us extremely good service, and yet we walked away with more money in our pockets than if we had selected a discount agent. While all the other agents discounted home prices to make the sale, Tom just did a great job, proving that paying for quality is often the cheapest route (and the fastest also.) Tom Campbell has earned all my future business and enthusiastic referrals!”

“I have absolutely LOVED living here these past 7 months! The staff is so accommodating and very responsive. The apartment is so spacious and in awesome condition. If there were any maintenance issues, they were handled rather quickly. The only downside to living here was that my roommate and I experienced two cockroaches inside our apartment, but when we called the front office, they gave us tips to get rid of them and ensured us that pest control would come to our apartment and spray our home. However, I think you'll get cockroaches anywhere... it's Arizona! Another thing is I could often hear the neighbors upstairs, but it didn't really bother me too much, so it wasn't really an issue. The area that San Tropez is located in is in prime location. Less than a 10 minute drive to Old Town and the entertainment district. The complex is located on the green belt so a really good location if you like to go on runs! Overall, a 10/10 recommendation and I would definitely consider living here if you're looking to move to Scottsdale!”
