Although my unit is older, they don’t try to sell me parts I don't need. I trust them. And Big Number 1 is literally the best MANAGED small business I've ever been in. Each area is clearly its own profit center, the phones get answered before one ring, and consistent follow up with outgoing phone calls happen regularly. And I get the feeling that the owner rewards individual performance with higher pay. That's a reward and accountability system intertwined. I would research new recipes, get my grocery list together, then go shopping, to spend HOURS meal prepping every Sunday for the following week. I was so burnt out that I decided to look into ordering from a meal prep company. I literally tried 9 different meal prep companies in the valley. Some were good but extremely overpriced, others were so terrible I wouldn’t even give the food to my dog! I was quickly realizing that I would have to meal prep every Sunday forever! I was immediately put into a room by the amazing ladies at the front and within 5 minutes they came and took vitals and asked the usual questions. Within 2 minutes of the nurse leaving the doctor came into see us! Dr. John was so sweet and amazing and genuinely cared. He even let my little girl listen to her heart beat. “I tried the lychee peach fruit tea thinking it would be sweet, but I was wrong. I even had my boyfriend try it and we both agreed it tasted like soap. I’m not the type to make a scene so I just bought a Thai tea and luckily they didn’t mess that up. My boyfriend’s sandwich was weird though. He said he tasted good and he even finished the whole thing, the only issue was we forgot they put onions in them and 1. He doesn’t like onions and 2. They put more onions than meat in it. The grilled chicken in the sandwich looked more pan cooked than grilled and they didn’t put as much meat as was expected. Overall not terrible, I love their classic Lee’s coffee and their egg rolls were actually great. Now we know next time no onions and stick to the coffee and Thai tea!”

Mom ordered the Southern Fried Chicken with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes. We got a bread basket with biscuits and cornbread. Cracker Barrel has so many choices, our server was super nice, gave us her personal recommendations and was very personable. Pretty much tried all the food we ordered, everything was really good. Like sometimes at restaurants there’s at least 1 thing you don’t really like but that wasn’t the case at Cracker Barrel. Would love to try it for breakfast!”
