“My daughter lives at this trailer park. The management is very cooperative and listens to any issues you may be having however if you need any maintenance done on your trailer it might be awhile before they get around to it. Other than that the trailer park is kept very clean and orderly and is very appealing to the eye. Rent is a little high however, since Arizona has become very popular state to live in it makes sense for the rent to be a little high considering the economy as well. I would recommend this trailer park to anyone. It's very safe friendly and family oriented trailer park and it has a low crime rate because it is Under New Management. No felons are allowed to reside there which is a plus.”

“Great little park. This park wins for lots of SHADE trees!! Good rates. Nice pool and clean restrooms with double showers. The surrounding area is a little rough but the people in the park are super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would park here again if in the area.”

“The only caution I can give before entering or deciding to live here is that the speed bumps are taller than the average. My main recommendation is to drive slower over them because sometimes you'll hear a heavy drop or bump if you drive too fast. Other than that, it's not a bad area.”
