“The massage was really good I felt really great afterwords and during the massage the firmness in the depth and the hardness of it was much to my satisfaction. The girl kept asking me if she was doing hard enough which was great because she did and I like the firmness of the massage. But I did not like was that the massage therapist and someone else was talking quite frequently during the massage. And when I went to pay my $45 for my hour which I thought was a fantastic price and one of the reasons I came here, However I did not appreciate being told that I had to tip $10 for one hour on top of my $45 payment. The tip should be up to the person that is getting the massage to decide how much they want to tip.. The other thing is why is it that everyone expects a tip? People get paid for what they do. I don’t get tips in my job no matter how good of a job I do. I work in the healthcare division, and we don’t get tips. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve rated it five stars.”

I wasn't sure where to go but my brother recommended Hand and Stone so I gave it a try. I have been going here for several years now and I would not go anywhere else. The entire staff is very friendly and top-notch. The therapists are great. They listen to what you want and really work on any trouble areas then will take the time to also make sure the rest of you is nice and relaxed. I've had two facials and have left with my skin feeling completely rejuvenated. All in all, everyone here does a fantastic job and if I could give them 10 stars I certainly would!!”

“I’ve used AZ VIP IV three times now. The first time, I had just move to Arizona and realized I wasn’t going to survive if I didn’t get properly hydrated FAST. The second time, I had started Keto and could tell I had gotten the “Keto Flu” (body aches, run down and overall miserable). The third time I was in the worse shape. I had a migraine all day and a massage which only released more toxins causing me to have dry heaving and vertigo. Every time I have reached out John was able to come over within the hour. He is amazing with getting the IV in. Seriously. No pain. Plus, he is very careful to only have to stick you once (twice in my case since my veins hide). He has a great disposition and chats (if you want) while the treatment is going on. He makes sure you are comfortable the whole time and checks in enough to know he really cares how you are doing...even the next day. AZ VIP IV is my new “go-to” when I don’t feel my best. I’m so thankful I found them!”

“I recently went to Elements for my first time. I had a very easy booking experience with the staff. Once I had arrived, the front desk gals were very pleasant and attentive. I had booked a two hour massage with Kimberly. Kimberly was fantastic. She was caring and did exactly the pressure I had requested. I also had the himalayan salt rocks which was an amazing experience in itself. My whole body and mind felt distressed and incredible. The only complaint I had was the smell of the massage room. Instantly when I walked in, it had reminded me of a gym. Or, if someone just had a massage in there and was sweaty. I was hopeful that it would go away, however, it just kind of lingered throughout my time.”

I walked in and was greeted by a receptionist named Samantha, i was lucky to be able to get taken back right away for a full set. The shop is very clean ehich is the first thing i look for in a nail shop. The staff were all friendly. Christina did my nails and was very friendly and professional. I loved my nails and have gotten several compliments on them already. I came back today and got a gel pedicure! I would definitely recommend Herbal Nails Happy Valley. I would recommend making an appointment if possible since it seems like they get busy!”
