“This is a brand new Class A Extra Space facility for all your storage needs (drive up non-climate controlled, climate controlled, and RV/Boat parking). The climate controlled drive-though loading and unloading was something I have not seen before and made moving in the Phoenix heat much easier. I give this facility 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for self storage in the Midtown, Cammelback, W Indian School Rd area.”

“Without a doubt one of the best storage facilities that I have ever been 2 and keeping my gear at. I am retired stuntman and special effects artist I have a lot of gear and I have not sold yet so I rented a spot at this facility the manager, Miss Ayallia, is extremely nice and professional woman. The only drawback to the place is that it needs to be repaved the pavement is falling apart when they put it in they kind of did it on the cheap, and concrete asphalt as opposed to using the standard Blacktop. But that is the norm today in parking lots I am not criticizing Avondale storage it is just a comment. I feel that my equipment is safe they have cameras hopefully they work. The reason I say this my last facility I had a break-in in my unit and quite a lot of my stunt gear was stolen when I went to the manager he said sorry we're not responsible for any break-ins and I showed him in the contract that there's 24 7 camera surveillance so I asked them to bring up the date and question and he said my we don't have any film for that date and I'm like you got to be f****** kidding me why do I pay this money if you tell me the cameras don't work??? NOW, let me reiterate this this incident happened in California at a storage company. This did not happen, I repeat this did not happen at Avondale storage. I love this place Avondale Storage is awesome.”

“This is a lovely place to walk (or run). There is also a mountain biking trail. There are a variety of features along the trail such as statues of bison at the top of the Ad astera ascent where you can see the city of Topeka on the horizon, a replica cabin of the one the founders of Topeka spent a cold winter in until it burned, a tree fort you can climb up into, a pond with a dock, and a large tire swing. If I had grandkids I would definitely bring them. My husband and I visited in March when the grasses were brown. It was still beautiful, but I'd love to go back in spring or early summer.”

“This is a great school, the teachers are very friendly and accommodating. Front office staff is kind and responsive. It does get pretty busy on the streets just outside in the morning, but there's not really anything that the school can do about that. The kids engage with lots of great projects and recess as well. They also have a little kindergarten experience over the summer which is very interesting, it's a little peek into what kinder will be like in the coming year.”
