He was very polite & explained the contract to me. I had to upgrade to a larger storage unit yesterday. Oneal made the change from a smaller to larger unit very easy & quick. “I reserved my unit online. It was so easy; they give you your gate code, map to your unit and the lock is already open inside your unit. The facility is very, very nice. Clean, I chose air conditioned, no stairs to climb. There’s a dolly provided if you need it. Overall, everyone I’ve spoken to is friendly, the facility is clean and the rental process was amazingly easy. Five stars all the way.”

The managers Joel and Pete are very helpful and nice. The place is well lighted and spotless, and carts are plentiful enough that I haven’t had to wait for one. They carry most basic moving supplies in the store and also offer water to clients. The bathrooms are spotless, and all pandemic protocols are observed. It’s great choice for storage.”
