“All the people I spoke with at this facility were kind and helpful but Patty was the best. She followed up with me and made sure my move out was quick and easy. I did knock off one star because about six months into my two years there they raised the price $50 without even telling me first. I understand prices going up as time goes on but $50 seemed excessive especially since my unit was pretty small in comparison to most there. Other than that though the facility was great, always easy to access, great customer service, and my property was good as new two years later.”

The pieces were packed so carefully in 3 kinds of foam and plastic wrap, then packed into a custom crate. There was damage to the crate when I picked it up, but the frames were safe and whole inside.
