“This is long, so buckle up. :) My experience starts May 18th. I was advised by my sons dr that a prescription had been sent over. I called walgreens and they didn't have it. So I called frys, they didn't have it. I called the dr office and was advised it was sent to expresscripts. This was not for a typical prescription that could wait for delivery. This was for a "bump" until my sons med check appointment. I had 2 pills. Not good. Was told by the dr office to have walgreens transfer the script from express to them. The staff at walgreens tried. And tried. And tried. No response from expresscripts. This morning, I called expresscripts to tear them apart. When I was advised the script that was sent to them had never actually been signed, so they had been trying to contact the dr office to get it taken care of. With no response from the dr office. Papa bear came out. Drove to the dr office. After speaking to the director, a new script had been sent directly to walgreens. I called walgreens, they, after having spoken to me numerous times in the past 3 days, knew the situation already and I was advised they had the new script and were already filling it and it would be ready by the time I arrived. I feel the staff at Walgreens over the past 3 days went way above and beyond to help me and my son in our situation that was created by his dr office errors. I dont know any other pharmacy, or staff that would have done all they had to help. I appreciate every one of them so much!!!”

A tech came out to the house, even tested the water to show me what kind of minerals and things were in it and really spent the time to teach me about the different options I had. They even offer different models so I wasn’t stuck needing to buy just one type of water softener that maybe wasn’t the best fit for my situation. “These guys were awesome. We had our truck towed here after breaking down and we thought it might be anything from an alternator to a blown turbo. Turns out it was just a bad battery cable. I was sort of blown away by the honesty and how easy the process was (and how inexpensive the fix was). They totally could've taken us to the bank on this one - unscrupulous mechanics in the past motivated me to learn how to work on my own cars - but this was a diesel which is a different animal and beyond my skillset. Very appreciative of the good service and will definitely be taking our auto's here in the future.”

“After reading the 2 other reviews I feel compelled to give my review. I am a patient of Dr. Brown. I have known the four main doctors in the practice (Julie, Teicher, Brown and Skolnick) professionally since 1985 and as a patient since 1998. I am a Respiratory Therapist and in my time worked at hospitals, large and small. All 4 of these doctors are excellent and usually a joy to work with. I say "usually" because these doctors will not tolerate sub-standard care of their patients. I owe my life to Dr. Brown, he listened to the physical issues I was having and believed me when other doctors acted as if I was being "hysterical and over dramatic" (actual words said to me by another "doctor"!). Dr. Brown has been an incredible advocate for me. Anyone who asks me to recommend a Cardiologist that I trust I send them to his group. It is unfortunate that the people leaving these reviews didn't get the chance to have Dr. Julie help them, I have always found Dr. Julie to be knowledgeable, open, and caring.”
