“Last Tuesday my washer died & I needed a new one asap. Their website said they had the model I wanted in stock. Since I was having a crazy week, I called instead of going in. I told them I understood that supply chain issues are causing delays but that I needed it now and asked them to verify that the washer (and dryer) were indeed in stock and ready to be delivered. They verified with their warehouse so I went to the store to purchase the set. While there, they called and verified again that the set was indeed at the warehouse and set up delivery for that Thursday. There was a small snafu with communication on the delivery time, but they returned my call quickly, explained the problem (which they had just fixed), apologized and got the set out to me and set up. Overall, a very good experience. They listened to my needs, were friendly, helpful and I will to them again for more appliances. (If you are looking for a new washer/dryer, I highly recommend the Speed Queen TR7/DR7.)”

We received many quotes from other competitors, but there price was the best and timeline 3-4 weeks for shutters sold us. Also having there own workroom onsite for the Draperies gave us the best price in town was the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend for all you window coverings need”

The dinette was also re-done with vinyl covers and looks better than new! I can't say enough to praise URQ Upholstery, you guys are amazing!”
