I'm young and I'm trendy/interior design lover but I needed to have my bathroom PHYSICALLY ACCESSIBLE and SAFE so some customization was needed. Frank found a way to help me design something that I would call "Aesthetically Accessible" because he made my safety the #1 priority but did not fail to exceed my expectations of a LUXURIOUS style and feel. He does things step-by-step in phases to keep things organized throughout the process and He breaks EVERYTHING down and will work with you to get the things you want and need at the most AFFORDABLE rates possible for what you've selected in your design. He is quite gifted in his artistic talents and has a PURE HEART no doubt. He literally is a creative genius! I am beyond grateful for all the time and effort he puts into his work! also, LOL I have never met someone with such a fast response time other than myself until now! He is 100% focused when he's discussing project details with you whether it's in person or email/text. When you schedule something he is always on time. “I made it there a few minutes early and they opened right at 8am, which was great! Some other Pep Boys that I have been to have either opened later than what the hours stated or didn’t open at all. Patrick assisted me and he was very sweet. He assured me that he would call me when my car was ready. I liked this area because I was able to walk around and go to shops near by. When I was done, there was a little area in the back of the shop where I could wait. Patrick called me and I also received a text to let me know that my car was ready. Patrick had my keys ready and asked if I had any questions. This place was great and the service was awesome. Will definitely be coming here more for my car.
