It is the location closest to my house, therefore the one I always go when I need some papers to be done. In the past you needed an appointment to get in and the wait time was… astronomically. But something dramatic must have happened recently since I managed both times to get literally in-and-out, with no appointment, in less than 15 minute: once to get a new ID and secondly to renew my car registration. I don’t know if the office of Governor made things change or there’s a new management at this MVD location but I am a happy citizen. The workers are also surprisingly friendly and relaxed and today there was no waiting line. Way to go MVD! Please share the secret with all the other locations around the valley.”
