“A great option for a do it your self A/C repair project. I needed a condenser motor. Valerie was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the correct replacement motor and capacitor. One suggestion: based on the pitch of the fan blades, determine the correct rotation to blow air out the top of your unit. Then, make sure the four wires (on the opposite side of the motor from the main wire bundle) are connected correctly to get the proper rotation. Switching these wires will change the rotation. Terry”

When the transaction was complete Ali pulled out a card and told me that if I had any problems at all to call or text.....well I did have have an issue, and I texted him well after the shop was closed and expected to hear from him 100 miles away and not until Monday. To my surprise he responded within an hour and offered to meet me back at the shop to get me what I needed. This is a Saturday night and I didn’t buy the most expensive drone in there, but I was treated like I just spent $20k. Excellent customer service, I will go out of my way to refer people to them. “Great service, my only complaint is the wait time. When I called to schedule an oil change/tire rotation, the receptionist said they had any time available. That lead me to believe I would be in and out fairly quickly. I even scheduled late morning figuring that would give time for all the early birds to clear out. I still waited over 2 hours for a usually quick service. Luckily, I had no where urgent to be and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and “pick out” my next Jeep. My service adviser, Kyle was great too! He was always smiling, kept me updated, and apologized for the wait. All in all, it was a good first experience at my new “home” dealership! Side note (I know fellow “non-maskers” will appreciate this): My favorite part of the whole experience was not getting mask shamed! Thank you, Rodeo for allowing freedom of choice and making all your customers feel welcome! I’ll be back! :)”
