I had bad experiences with the other dealerships. One didn't even notice that the inside thread of the tires was gone, didn't notice the alignment was off, etc. Another didn't even want to waive the diagnostic charge and had inflated prices. Tim, instead, gives us a thorough inspection, doesn't push you on anything unless for safety. This is what should be expected from a dealership.”
