“Great dealership! I worked with Martin from the start. I'm from Wisconsin and was in the market for a nice, rust free southern truck to bring back north with me. This truck showed up in my search via Facebook and I quickly reached out to the dealer for more information Martin took the time to make a 6-7 minute walk-around video to show me every little detail he could. I was able to see/hear the truck start, run, and shift along with getting a complete overview of the vehicle. He kept in constant communication with me and worked very well with my lender to complete the deal. I flew down and was greeted happily by Martin and his team. I looked over the truck, took it for a test drive and it was everything he said it was and matched the video to a "T." They gave it a wash, put in a few gallons of gas and I was on my way! I'm very happy with the whole experience. The truck made the almost 2k mile trip without issue. It's currently making all the northerners jealous as it's not rotted to pieces! With his permission...he allowed me to observe all of the things he did...as I am a curious-sort of person and love to add to my knowledge-base. He was so professional, and explained everything he was doing, and what it was for. He demonstrated how to use the dip sticks to check the water, and taught me how to balance the chemicals. He was also so personable, as he conversed about a number of other interesting things. He called to let me know when he would be here, and he was here on time. This is the young man I would want to help me with any other issues that might arise in the future...as he is dependable, honest, and very courteous and respectful; concomitant with skill, knowledge and professionalism. “Cranmore came out and did our vinyl flooring. They are excellent!! They worked so hard all day long laying our floors and they look so beautiful. We are very happy. One of the caps that join the existing tile to the vinyl was a little loose and Cranmore came out immediately and fixed it perfectly. I will recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.”

“I love everything about Vail Coffee Stop. Everything. I’m not sure if it’s the coffee that tastes so fresh and the coffee has an amazing smooth flavor, it’s not bitter and doesn’t taste like burnt coffee. I’ve tried about everything on the menu and it’s incredible how VCS can make everything to perfection. I honestly do not know how I’ll ever go back to any other coffee place. My favorite is the Caramel Macchiato, it’s the best I’ve ever had. The Caramel Macchiato always tastes exactly like it did from the first one to the next one. The care and craftsmanship that goes into making the coffee is immediately noticeable from the first sip to the last. VCS is tough to beat. I’ve done my fair share of traveling around the world but nothing feels or tastes like VCS. It just something that I think you need to experience for yourself. The homemade muffins are always delicious and always hit the spot. Honestly I think these muffins are easily my favorite comfort food and they hit the spot just like Mom or Grandma use to make. 10/10 I would 100% recommend. What really makes VCS stand out about the rest is the owners. Mark and Lynette are some of the most genuine and friendly people I have ever met. Mark and Lynette are easily approachable and always provide stories and smiles. The staff works just as hard to help them and provide you with an excellent experience. Protip: Download the Joe coffee app and order ahead. I cannot recommend VCS enough. Go try it. You won’t regret it”

“We had been bringing our former RV, a ‘17 Winnebago Navion G to Mercedes of North Scottsdale for the Mercedes service, and were so impressed by Service Advisor Kate, that when we decided to purchase a new RV, she recommended we meet Gregory there at the dealership to purchase our new ‘22 Airstream Atlas. He kept us informed every step of the way, from our delivery date, when our unit was in production, on the way to the dealership, etc. His high service level continued through the delivery process (so thorough!), and even after we’d driven off and taken it on our first trip! We really had such a pleasant experience and love that we have Mercedes & Airstream service in one hand! Both my husband and I cannot recommend Gregory, Kate & the entire team there enough!”

“Giving 5 stars because I had great customer service from Drew Carey. He went above and beyond last January to help me get the car I wanted (2011 Honda CRV) at the price I could afford. He was transparent that the battery had to be jumped earlier in the day because the car had been sitting for awhile and voluntarily provided a 30 day warranty for the battery that I did not have to take him up on. Really great service and very satisfied with my purchase. The only slightly problematic aspect is that I didn't find in my original inspection on the day of purchase was what appears to be a missing mechanism to open the glass hatch on the tailgate. Wish I had it, but otherwise the car is great.”

The subwoofer had a short fuse and gave out, but Abe was able to get me in fast, to get a better fuse put on and has been great ever since, and the service was done within less than 20 min.
