“We brought our almost 14 year old, sweet dachshund, Frankie to see Dr. Mac. He was in a lot of pain due to neurological back problems with degeneration. The doctor tried two meds to help him. Unfortunately, after several days; we couldn’t manage his pain. As a family, we decided to say good bye to a family member. This office is clean, and the staff is amazing. They hurt with us, and were very kind. We appreciated phone calls returned and fast responses to all needs. Dr. Mac is the best vet we have ever worked with. She’s kind and helpful. Staff was informative and kind. Today we got a sympathy card regarding Frankie, in the mail. It helped a lot during this time of grief. This office has been a blessing to us!”

“This place and those who work here are absolutely incredible folks. We had a bulldog for a long time before she passed, and we've been reluctant to have another pet after losing her. We decided to rescue a beautiful, intelligent, loving stray cat, and Homeward Bound made this adoption easier on us by providing incredible spay and vaccination services, blood work, and a general examination. Even more, because Homeward is very pet centric rather than purely profit focused, the services were extremely affordable. Butters has done extremely well since her visit and I feel good knowing that she recieved top-notch care.”

“After our sweet little shaggy passed we were not sure what to do and where to go. We gave oasis a call right before closing at 8 PM. We told them our situation and they were willing to stay open a bit later to help us with the passing of our favorite little guy. They could not have been more helpful and more sensitive to our situation. They provided us a paw print and a lock of our dogs hair. Then they took care of the rest. The doctor even came out just to be there for us. Honestly I really needed a hug and she was right there to give me a hug. About a week later they called and said his remains were ready for pick up. He was presented to us in a very respectful way and packaged very nicely! About a week after that we got a very sweet hand written note with a picture of our little guy they had taken over a year ago when we brought him in for an appointment. Between the note and they picture we had another very healthy cry and hugging again at our home. I cant say thank you enough to oasis and their staff for helping us through this tough time. Out little guy deserved a respectful and loving send off so thank you for stepping up and helping give him that. You guys are the best!”

The Dr.'s take the time to explain all possible causes of issues with an animal and the treatments, going into depth work possible side affects of both the conditions and treatments. The office is open to you buying supplies elsewhere, even if it's a prescription or another item that they carry, lots of vets do not do this. Many payment options are available, the options are extensive. They truly care at this office and call you to follow up repeatedly to ensure your pretty is in good condition and you're able to reach your goals in their care, no matter how minor.”

“I’ve been going to the Sun Lakes Animal Clinic with my kitty Bree for nearly 2 years; since I moved to AZ. I am very pleased with the kindness of all staff to me and my little kitty girl. The doctor her is wonderful with her knowledge and being down to earth and kind also. A little Bombay parlor panther cat showed up at my back door before Thanksgiving. After trying to find the owner and coming up empty, I decided to adopt her. At the Sun Lake Animal Clinic she was scanned by the tech assistant and the doctor to try to find a chip to no avail. With that conclusion she got her shots. It got a little more involved when a stool sample came back with a parasite. Currently treating her for that. This veterinarian is working with me every step of the way to get my new kitty healthy. Communication is very good by this Clinic which has been very helpful keeping my worries at a minimum. Soon to have a healthy cat.”

“I am so unbelievably thankful for Dr. Lim and her staff. I have been taking my mastiff and Great Dane here since they were puppies and I have been nothing but impressed. My dogs absolutely love every staff member. Dr. Lim really takes her time to make sure she gets to know your pets, and never leaves a stone unturned. I am the most obsessive dog mom, and she is up to my standards for my puppies. They offer all treatment options and prices and never pressures you if you cannot afford it. “We have two guinea pigs and a hamster that go to the Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital and they have been amazing! We have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner, we are seen promptly and taken care of very well. I have always received top notch medical advise, which is extremely hard to find for these small animals. I loved that they asked us questions about their cage and what they were fed because it shows that they care about each patient having good husbandry with their pets. When I wasn't doing something correctly they gently advised of a better way. It is quite a drive for us to go here, but we will gladly make the trek with how knowledgeable and kind they are with us and our beloved fur babies.”

“I took my 13 week old puppy there for boarding. It was one of the few places that would take a puppy so young. Before I dropped him off my husband I toured the facility which was very clean. I was a little nervous leaving my puppy in a strange/new environment but I must say I (and my dog) couldn't be happier. There are several attentive staff members working during a given time. They have radios to talk to one another between different sides of the property. Not once did a see a staff member using their cell phone. Not that cell phones are bad. It's just another way that made me feel like these people are totally engaged in their work. Price: They have different packages but I chose the middle of the road which was $45/day. This includes indoor/outdoor group play, overnight boarding and if you stay 3+ nights they will give your dog a bath. All and all I can say I'm very happy with Deer Creek.”

Due to it being December, the office was decked out with Christmas decorations. So beautiful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Veterinarian we saw was very pleasant and helpful. “I want to start by saying thank you so much and if I could give 10 stars and beyond I absolutely would. I am floored with the AMAZING service my baby received here. My dog had her shots elsewhere once she turned a year old, just a few days ago. She started to have really bad, uncontrollable bowel movements and vomiting. The office where the shots were performed told me that vaccine reactions weren’t a real thing and gave us some antacids and a bag of expensive food that my baby won’t even touch, which mind you they didn’t even tell me the price of until I was at the counter paying and JUDGED ME MERCILESSLY when I asked what the prices of things would be. After getting worse and having to already pay for a second visit elsewhere, I called this clinic in hopes that they could fit me in this week, THEY GAVE ME A NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT WITH NO ISSUES. THEY WERE AMAZING. They apologized for the other vet’s incompetence, which they absolutely did not have to do and treated my baby like she was their own. Dr. Chelsie Daniels and Maggie the vet tech were absolutely amazing and informed me that it did actually seem like a vaccine reaction, or a reaction to the heartworm preventative and ensured me that the next round of shots(WHICH WILL ABSOLUTELY BE DONE BY THEM) will be handled more thoroughly and professionally. I am honestly so happy I chose this facility and do not regret a thing about it. Pricing was amazingly reasonable and they DO NOT JUDGE if you can’t afford to do everything recommended, instead will point you in the right direction as to what is MOST NECESSARY for the current condition. They also give you a complete breakdown of EVERYTHING before the services are rendered and do not hide any charges. They perform an exceptional and thorough exam and explain everything to you in a way that is very kind and informative, instead of condescending. Layla, my puppy, will not let go of the toy they so generously gave her and is finally on the way to recovering after three days of pain and misery. I can’t thank y’all enough for your help and will absolutely be returning for yearly exams and shots in the future!”

“Pros: The girls here are awesome, and treat our cat Snowy like family! They all love on him, and make him feel super comfortable. He loves all the attention. All the vets he has seen have been great, and we love that they offer payment plan options, as well. Cons: The pricing on some treatments can be a bit higher compared to others in the area, and he doesn’t love getting groomed, but what cat does?”
