Our animal had an accident on our new couch, we contacted him immediately where we gave us instructions to pre-clean the stained area to avoid further damage and set up an appointment with us right away. He called prior to arrival letting me know he was en route, arrived on time, was professional and educational, was thorough cleaning our 2 large sectionals, gave us peace of mind with scotch guard protection in case of another accident, and even threw in a free cleaning solution he hamdmakes himself. “Do you have fears or a specific phobia that just the thought of it gets your heart racing? I have had a fear of hills, up and down. Since starting my RV life, my fear got BIGGER especially driving down BIG hills in our motorcoach. My fear is losing control and crashing, or worse plummeting off a cliff. Just the thought of hills brought so much anxiety. While driving, I would be so upset I could not eat and be sore from tensing so much. Not any more. I got in contact with Vera because I knew she could help me. In just a couple of hours of going over my fears, getting to the core and then releasing it… I’m free! “Excellent work done by these professionals, and at a very reasonable price. We couldn't tell where the smell was coming from, but they went up on the roof and put a camera down into the.pipes. They were able to tell us that our water pipes had been replaced sometime in the 90's but would need to be cleared sometime down the road. When we do that we will definitely be calling this team because we know they'll get it done right and not overcharge us for it.”

“My mother used to come to IMS PM oh years ago and recently has to go back cause she sadly got into a horrible accident and now is back to pain levels beyond what she is able to tolerate. She stopped as she moved and cause she was getting better. They were always good to her and so we are confident they can help her get her pain under control again. Veronica the old MA was very kind we hope to see her again. We were worried about her entering TX again but given the fact she’s in immense amounts of complete agony, here she is. We are saddened to see her in so much pain again but like I said we are confident in Dr. Tung's abilities and his staff. Hope it’s the same as before for her. Update to come.”

“We’ve lived here a few months. We’ve had ups and downs. However, I REALLY do enjoy the unit and the complex. It’s a good bang for your buck! What really made me happy was last night our AC started making a terrible noise. When the complex opened today, I called and talked to Kristi about the AC. It was so bad, the apt wasn’t cooling off and it was hard to keep the AC on without it completely breaking. She sent over maintenance. Troy was at our unit within twenty min and worked for a VERY long time until it was fixed. He was super curteous and super kind. The quick service meant so much to me in this heat, especially with a kiddo and being pregnant! Thank you”
