Craig was very professional and took the time to explain how my current roof and flashing wasn't installed correctly which caused my sheathing to rot. He helped me pick out the replacement tile, showed up on time, and always returned my phone calls and responded to my texts and emails promptly which the other two roofing companies I received bids from failed to do.
