I was not disappointed and was pleasantly surprised to experience my Valentines Day was going to be saved. They have extended their hours, and offered me expert focus on my plight to help save the upcoming event. I was one of the last to purchase two of the most proud looking full bouquet ever. When my wife came home, after a difficult day of being a full time nurse, she was presented with one of them. Then, in the bedroom, the other. She deserved that, and much, much, more. So I got her chocolate and Lush bath bombs too...he, he! We guys have to go above and beyond, at times... lol! It is the 20th, at time of this post, and these bouquet still look beautiful. ❤️”

“We came to Vall de Oro on February to escape the cold weather in Reno NV. This park is run by Cal AM Resorts and is our 3rd time at one of their resorts. This is an RV Resort for 55 and over folks. The place is huge as they have approximately 1600 spots. This park has RV spots as well as park models so feels more like camping in the suburbs. The resort is well maintained and there are lots of things to do. They have large pool and spa, pickle ball and tennis courts, a baseball field, ball room, and many hobby and craft rooms. They bring in entertainment and have live music most nights by the pool. There are also horseshoe pits and Bocci ball courts. They hold RC car races and have a huge model train track that they run. If you are bored here it is your fault. The RV spots are quite large but they do not provide picnic tables or fire rings. Every site has full hookups with 50 amp service but be aware the hookups are at the very back of the spot. They do provide wifi and it is fairly good throughput the park but we were in spot 1773 and our wifi was very spotty at times. If you stay here for a month or more they charge you separately for trash, sewer and electricity. They also do not take credit cards so be prepared to pay for things with cash or check. One other thing to know is this park located right next to the 60 and 202 interchange so there is always freeway noise. You also get noise from Ellsworth and Southern that run alongside the park. Basically the park us surrounded by busy roads. The park is dog friendly and they have 7 dog parks. They do ban dogs from around the clubhouse areas and 2 streets back from same so be aware of this. We plan to stay here again.”

“Truck driver here. DO NOT GO TO "S BURRIS ST", that's not the entrance, I learned that the hard way lol. The entrance is on Peters Rd. Don't follow the GPS. Anyways, you need to check in with security first and then once they give you the paperwork back you'll go to the shipping and recieving office, which will be on your left side towards the middle of the yard, inside the office there's a clean restroom and also they have vending machines, the shippping office will assign a door for you. The yard is huge, loading docks are on both sides of the building, plenty of space for safely backing into the docks. If you have a seal someone will come out and cut it for you. People are very nice and the whole thing took about an hour. I'll be very happy to deliver here again.”

“My family has loved the RO system! We have bought 3 units (2 as gifts) The install is super easy and they have a video walk through for the installation. Worst case call customer support, they are always super polite and happy to help. My wife loves how fast the system can fill the storage tank and the waste water is the lowest that we found. We enjoy knowing that our water tastes good and knowing that our kids are not drinking dirty water. We fill up our water containers and take the water with us on trips. We did our first annual filter change over the weekend and it was a breeze. Again they have a video walk through to help. I would highly recommend checking into their systems.”

“Croft Mechanical is great! I highly recommend you use them if you have a ride mower. I have an old John deer that I inherited from the previous owners of my house. Croft mechanical repaired both belts in the old thing and also preformed service maintenance (sharpened blade, oil, etc.). Croft got it running really well. Tom has a super fast turn around time, and I didn't feel like I was being overcharged. I will use Croft for all of my ride mower needs in the future.”

“Everyone there were great and helpful. Mary is a very kind person, and I really appreciated her concern for my health. Your billing dept., however, drives me crazy and I'm looking for another PCP. They have billed incorrectly several times and though I've called and told them I'm working on the claims with Aetna, they have sent me to collection. I've been charged $30 for several office visits (which should be free) even though I saw my PCP each time. They say they'll look into the problems and call me back, but they never do. I've never even been billed for the claim that was sent to collection. I don't think I should have to work so hard on their job! Can this be solved?”
