“Gary from Drain Max Gary is an amazing plumber. He services our five properties and his response time and quality of work is amazing. I had a mainline break at 8o’clock in the morning and he came in 15 minutes to fix it! He clears our mainline sewer systems and fixes any underground leaks that we have. He’s fast, professional, does quality work and has great prices. I would recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing or sewer line issues. He is fabulous and deserves 10 stars!!!!!! “We search nursing homes in group homes looking for the perfect home for our dad! After a week of looking we had a recommendation from a stranger who happened to be golfing with my cousin he was an RN and had done work at Great Heart. We went to their home and we were so excited because we finally found a place that we knew our dad would be comfortable and well taken care of. Their home was comfortable, clean, professional. Very little restrictions on visitation which with our big family was very important to us. They met all of our expectations of a home that we knew our dad would be comfortable and well taken care of. Our family became a larger family with their family. Glen was so patient, caring and a very genuine man. He was very good with my dad even when my dad was experiencing very hard times. They bonded which we never anticipated and that bond meant everything to our family. Tavey, is right alongside of Glen she is professional, loving and very caring. They make a great team! I highly recommend Great Heart for your loved one. It was a godsend for us.”

The dentist was wonderful, explaining step by step procedure ( of course it wasn’t just a crazy glue fix, being a 10 year plus crown). I wish we could change dentists (we’re from Michigan). “A truly special place in Coronado National Forest high in the Rincons. There is truly no easy way to get there. It's at 8000ft elevation with no road access. There are campsites and a Ranger Station with some seasonal water spigots and a small horse stable. It's 15miles one way and 6000ft of climbing from Loma Alta Trailhead.”

“I feel that I have truly found the perfect place for our family member suffering with Dementia, the Memory Care location is ideal for our needs being only 10 minutes from our home. The Staff from, Management to all the Nurses and Care Takers, seem to all be on the same page in the concern and care of our family member. From day one he has been able to make the transition from home to full care away in the most positive manner. The home has activities that attract his attention and they have also encouraged him to share with the others as a poker teacher. This encouragement is not always found and is appreciated. They provide interesting places along the hallways to investigate and to simply sit and enjoy. The facility is very clean and is well kept. Exercise is encouraged and is provided on the "chock full calendar " put out by the "Program Coordinator".”
