It is easy to make an appointment (you can do so easily online or over the phone), they are precise with the time estimate for the repairs, they send you an email with descriptions and pictures of their recommendations, and then you can approve the repairs from your phone. “Ileana, Gabriel and the staff provided excellent skilled nursing care for my mother. Her caregivers were caring and responsive. When my mother started having trouble using her phone, they helped her with it when I called her in between my visits.The home is very clean and welcoming and they provide three home-cooked meals daily. When my mother was in the hospital, Ileana went to see her every day. Whenever I had questions, Ileana responded immediately. Everyone there takes a genuine, personal interest in the residents and their families.”
