And Im still there & I still feel its safe.They have had a few changeovers in the managers, but its never stopped the courtesy shown with & by each one of them.I have never had the opportunity of meeting the owner, but I know hw knows the business & just how to run it as well. “I lived at CSF for about six years. I started my lease under Graystar and literally three days after moving in, AMC took over. I was very apprehensive about living under AMC after signing with Graystar. Robert from Graystar was so kind. He is who I signed my lease with. Enter AMC. I believe I’ve seen three managers come and go in the years I’ve lived here. Wanda was the manager I really got to know and like. Cindy is the current manager and I honestly don’t know her too well. When Wanda was the manager (pre Covid), the complex did fun things. We had a night where we roasted marshmallows by the pool, had parties and community events. That’s how I got to know Wanda. From the few times I’ve seen and interacted with Cindy, she has been nice. Farrah is the assistant manager. She is AMAZING. I really got to know her during my time living here. She is very kind and helpful. If she has a million things to do, she always made me feel important even if I was asking a silly question. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. Kristen is nice and has a very kind heart. She always made me feel important and valued as a resident. Maintenance was always efficient. I enjoyed living here and I would have renewed another year but my life is now going in a new direction. My neighbors were quiet for the most part. My only complaint is there were a LOT of dogs residing above me and next to me, which sometimes startled my cats. The person above me had a large dog, which I heard a lot as did my cats. Eventually we got used to the noises. If you have dogs, it’s probably not that big of a deal; cats are more sensitive to noises.”

“I have to say it is one of the best places I have lived yet, Jessica B. Was so professional she didn’t stop looking until she found me the perfect apartment, she went above and beyond. I also felt with Jessica who was just as wonderful. The apartment looks like no has ever lived in it there is so much space and closets. I just love the sunken bath tubs. The grounds are kept just beautiful it makes me proud when I have people over to visit. The amenities are great as well you really don’t have to leave there’s so much to do here. Thank you so much for making my life a better place and thank you to management for seeing everything was first class. 😁”

I appreciated her willingness to work with what I had. She quickly put together a color scheme for the unit and we were able to add a number of accessories. If there was something I did not like she was flexible and found the "perfect" piece for me. “First Visit and was pleasantly surprised! Greeted and seated quickly. Server-Zach stopped by with chips and salsa and got my drink order. He was so warm, friendly, helpful, professional, didn’t miss a beat! Same with all his tables! Monday is ALL Day Happy Hour! So I got a couple of items from that menu! The Bean Dip was very bland and flavorless so I added their salsa (quite the kick) and that helped. I won’t order it again though! The Mini Chimis were plentiful (8) and you can get chicken or beef or a mix. I opted for the mix, but regretted not getting ALL beef because the beef Chimis were incredibly delicious! But the Chicken were so dry and flavorless! Definitely order the beef Chimis, you won’t regret it! Perfectly spiced and tender. It’s minced beef! Chips tasted stone ground and the salsa has a kick! There’s a good size Dining Room with a small bar inside left with a few high tops and bar seating. There’s a Take Out side right next to the dining room with a separate outside entrance and can enter from the dining room as well. Small but plenty of parking. Good location. Close to Sprouts and many shops, etc. I’ll have to try them again for other items. Give it a try!”

“Been going to this place about 20 years, probably more. Very good food, fair prices, very friendly service. Eating in, or taking out. Yes it is a “hole in the wall” small family place in a strip mall. That is why the decor isn’t trendy and brand-new. Who cares? Ignore the few bad reviews: everybody has a bad day sometimes. Some days that is the customer, some days maybe the cook. But in my experience, it is almost never the cook or other staff. Overall, this place is a secret West Side gem.”
