“I love the school! If you cannot homeschool this is the next best option. They focus on Jesus, have small class sizes and teachers who care. They encourage parent and student involvement. The curriculum is great, my child learned so much in her first year here; I was amazed! The cost is reasonable for anyone and if you are interested they will tell you about tax and empowerment programs to help out with the cost.”

“Sunburst Pet Supplies is the go-to distributor for independent pet retailers. They have a wide range of brands of top-notch pet food and treats. They allow independents to buy low quantity items since we can't buy by the boat load like the big box stores can. Although they serve any retailer, I believe they are looking out for me as a "Mom & Pop" store. The staff is great from the customer service front desk to the back office to the guys in the warehouse. “I am a current resident here at Salt and I wanted to give a great insight on the true nature of Salt. DO NOT believe all the negative things you see on the property. The new management here is way better than Oliver McMillan (yes, I have been here that long!). They do a great job of making sure that people are not treating this place like garbage and as if it’s a frat house. I have seen this property go from feeling I’m living in a dorm to living in a luxury community. You often see staff members walking the property and taking pictures of patios or people smoking (which is not allowed since it’s a smoke free place) and I am sure this makes people angry. But hey if you don’t follow the rules you need to dealt with. We pay high premium rent here and I would expect if I was doing wrong that im spoken to. Every now and than people have parties and can be loud but for the most part I’m not aware of anywhere you would go where you would not experience this. The property does have courtesy patrol and anytime I have called them the noise stopped immediately. The property is being renovated and I personally cannot believe how much they have completed in the short time they have been here. They started in mid-September, and mind you the property manager Colby sent an e-mail to us with pictures of what all the new areas look like before they started. Let’s take a moment and talk about communication here at Salt since it’s a big deal for me. This place sends out communications weekly if not daily on all updates on the property. If an elevator is down for maintenance, I know about it, if an amenity is closed for renovation, I know about it. If a Food Truck is arriving for an event and I need to hurry up and RSVP so YES, THEY PAY FOR MY MEAL, I know about it. Not only do I get an e-mail but I also have the resident app which sends notifications too. Ok back to the new stuff! They added hammocks to the back pool that faces the lake, a new game lawn which I am told they have Connect 4 & Cornhole coming which I am excited about because I love to entertain (when COVID isn’t messing that up). The pools were re-done and look amazing. The best is the pools were closed for like 2 weeks while they were re-done. I do have to say people do break glass in the pools and the staff closes them but not sure id be upset about that since I wouldn’t want to swim with broken glass.The gates to the garage were completely re-done and now have stop lights on them so you know when you can drive-in or out and clear the gate. I love this feature as I have a rack on my car and while sometimes, I think I’m good and I’m not so love this new feature. The gates are only open during office hours which I wish they were closed all the time but the property was built with two spaces in the front so can’t do that if people are coming by to see the place. Nothing they can do about that now since the place is already built. The property does have electric car charging stations which I think is great for those that have electric vehicles. The place also has elevators so you don’t have to take the stairs if you live on an upper floor like me! We also have trash chutes on our floor which I love considering I lived at other places in Tempe and they make you go all the way to the garage to dump out the garbage. Lastly, the maintenance team here is extraordinary. Yoshi, Tim & Rico are always around the property making sure it looks great. You can tell they love their job they give off great vibes. Every work order I have ever put in has been fixed the first time on the same day or next day of when I put the issue in the system. Overall, this place is amazing to live and its clear in the negative reviews from people they must not have got their way or got in trouble and now trying to take it out on reviews. The place seems like its always full based on the turn out at events and even just the amount of people at the pool and gym. I love living here and really thank Salt team for all they do and happy to be here. I HIGHLY recommend people move here.”

“Once again, Oggi's did not disappoint. I believe we were served by the manager and he was so helpful and patient as we originally wanted to sit outside but then it was a little too chilly so we asked to be reseated inside and he accommodated us with a smile. He knew all there was to know about the various beers, even the guest taps, and provided answers to every question we had. I was amazed there were so many cheeses to choose from for my burger but I finally decided on the Gorgonzola, which was the perfect choice for the perfectly cooked to order burger on a buttery toasted better than a usual bun, and crisp fries and slaw. Just look how appetizing it was served up. My friend was very pleased with her fish tacos too. Definitely a great place to get together and their luncheon specials and different specials encourage you to try new things. And oh, that beer! What a delight to have everything from Pale Ales to Ambers to Stouts and Porters, but don't choose too soon-- you don't have to chose one since they offer beer flights so you can narrow the field before ordering your pint!”
