“I got a bad tattoo when I was 18 on my ring finger that I have hated since getting it. I didn’t think anyone would want to cover it up because of how small the area was and the fact that I had nerve damage from the tattoo as well. I called up Derrick and asked if he would be willing to cover it up and we made an appointment to get it done the next day. He was so friendly and talkative which really helped with the anxiety! I can’t tell you how happy I am with the cover up he did! Also the two women who also work there are amazing and so friendly! 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait for our next appointment. “I got a 4 year old tattoo covered up by Danny, the original tattoo was done in Wisconsin (and done very poorly in my opinion), The new Rose cover up tattoo has so much detail and perfection to it you can't even notice there was Another tattoo underneath. Danny was very nice and kept a conversation with me the whole time making my experience 100 times better. Being new to Arizona he even gave me advice on places to visit and at the end told me step by step on how to take care of my tattoo, including what to do if I have pets that's she'd fur. He was extraordinary amazing at his job, his drawing was definitely one of a kind (as this was my first tattoo I didn't draw myself) he even thanked me for the opportunity for the freedom when it came to drawing my tattoo. The shadows and shading were top performance!! Highly recommend this place as I will being coming back several times in the future!”

Appointments are on time - and if she's delayed even by 10 minutes because of some difficulty with another patients procedure she's apologizing. She's efficient but you don't feel rushed and she always emphasized a few helpful points to keep in mind - whether it's something general about moles or about a specific mark she wants you to be aware of. “There auto-wash is great and open from 8:30am-5pm(M-F). They pre-soak, run through the wash then they hand dry. They have 3 tiers; basic, gold, and platinum. I usually do the gold wash and get a token for the vacuums. The self serve is 24 hrs, which is good too. They have a change machine, but I normally use my debit card here. Just remember to click stop/cancel on the card reader when your done or you'll continue to have the time running. You are charged by the amount of time you use. They also have a dog wash available. It's a basin where you can wash your dog down at. It's a fenced in area of a bay. They have some shampoo options that dispense like you would wash a car.”

“I went to DR. Lopez with neurological symptoms and was eventually diagnosed with MS. She was very nurturing and acted swiftly to get me the diagnostic tests I need for my diagnosis. She was very professional but thing I enjoyed most was she was very caring and thoughtful and spent the time with me after my diagnosis and made sure I was ok and was committed to helping me every step of the way.
