It’s small because they are fairly new. I love getting a cup of coffee, hot coco, or before we start! You don’t have to dress up which I love because god does look at what you are wear he looks at what is inside your heart! I have done research online about this particular laser and its effectiveness in hair removal. I cant even express how happy I am with the results. “This spot is right around the corner from my house and I’ve driven past it a few times and always wondered what was inside. I had some extra time one day and my daughter and I decided to pop in. There weren’t many customers so we got to really take our time and review the menu. The staff was helpful and happily walked us through menu and all the different available options. You will definitely need to try them out a couple of times to get a feel for the menu as they have a ton of options I went with a salted caramel cookie and let me just say you can’t go wrong with that order The ice cream was good and we grabbed a few fizzy drinks as well I’ll be coming back to try some different options The cookies are huge by the way like seriously they are a pound of deliciousness”

“A temporary worker was apparently making a decent amount of delivery errors due in part to short-staffing this location is experiencing, I was affected by this and I was very upset. I filed a claim and a person at this office got right to me (via phone) and let me air some grievances and then helped me figure out what to do next. Further, the rest of the team at this office were also very diligent and kind in trying to help me navigate what the next steps would possibly be. The package I was expecting was somewhat expensive but more importantly of very sentimental value to me so I was really sweatin’ it hard. I ended up coming in to check if someone turned in said package and I ended up speaking with a supervisor. I was able to let him know my feelings on the matter; he received my statements and questions warmly, kindly, and patiently. It helped me be able to regulate the stress of the situation a lot easier- the feeling of being heard while not being totally (or in this case at all) blown off is hugely comforting. The other MVP here is our regular carrier- when they returned, they went above and beyond and actually found my package and delivered it to me today (thanks in part to the folks that received by mistake it and wrote “NOT MY HOUSE” lol). Thanks to this office for giving it a rounded try to find my very important package.”
