(May 14, 2018, 3:56 pm)The main thing that separates Alameda Martial Arts from other studios is the philosophy to embrace different forms of practice. If you train to only fight standing up - what happens when you're taken down? If you train to only grapple - what happens if you cannot take your opponent down? It is one of the best places to train in Alameda City and all ages are welcomed and encouraged to participate. My son and I have been going there for nearly 8 years.
