(July 12, 2018, 8:48 pm)This is hilly area and as you climb up the trail the view is better and better. At the top there is a nice bench where you can rest, eat a sandwich and admire the area towards the West. When the weather is clear you can see San Francisco. For a longer trail of about 6 miles you can park in Don Castro park (free on weekdays) and navigate your way based on the EBMUD supplied maps or your own.
