All the instructors I’ve had are awesome- Chelsea, Lisa, Sam, Kaia- super hard, but also your biggest cheerleader - pushing you to be your best you!! Could hush about this studio and this exercise for hours! If you have not tried it- you are missing out. See for yourself!

(October 15, 2018, 5:44 pm)The best Pilates reformer studio in the area! The class was fun and challenging. The teacher was amazing. Beautiful studio. This machine is not an average Pilates machine. It does wonders to the body: tone, increase core strength, loose weight.???????????????? perfect location right next to Whole Foods.
