I did the unthinkable and went to an Authorized Retailer (bad mistake)… My account was in ATT limbo land and these two guys were relentless in helping me resolve all the issues that they didn’t create. Extremely knowledgeable, amazingly helpful and very professional. It takes an empathetic attitude and a courageous temperament to do the right things and these guys are the best at what they do!!
