Today’s concern was incredibly resolved by Kelly. Good thing I went to Utopia Management- Emeryville / Oakland Team. I was amazed how she handled my concern. I was finding a better house to rent on for my family and the team is the best! They even assist me throughout the day without hesitation.

Kelly and her Utopia management team went above and beyond my expectation. With her extensive knowledge in real estate and deep connections with builders and contractors, Kelly literally saved me from losing my first tenant. Kelly also assisted in pre-rental condo preparations. Made valuable decoration suggestions and contractor recommendations. During the lease application and signing, Kelly helped prepare a common lease rider based on our needs, get the necessary insurances that building board committees required, etc. Kelly and her team actually put me at ease with rental properties whether new or used. I highly recommend Utopia Property Management company.

I only wish you’ve put this much effort to just give me a call back to explain the charges.
So many things you mentioned there,were never there in the apartment to start with paint has peeled because it was done poorly when I moved in, I’ve complained about that, but that time management was different, you also know that, you came in between my term there, these are just few things I wanted to discuss with your management.
A good business takes the negative reviews as lesson to improve their service or communication in future, if you want 5 stars I have no problem giving you that, here they are.
