I contacted several shops, and Tu from Pinnacle sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He even picked up my bike for free from San Jose, brought it to his shop, and worked on it for over three weeks. He constantly kept in touch with me and provided updates. The final invoice came in even a bit lower than his estimate! My bike runs like new now. I will use Pinnacle in the future and would recommend it anybody. They know what they are talking about, have great communication, and are very reasonable.”
