Brand new, high quality units. The concrete is pitched away from the buildings, which is great for keeping the units dry. The gated entrance is a plus, and the ability to log in and pay for your unit online is ideal. You have the ability to pay in advance as well..
When I initially signed up, they were running a special, which was what initially piqued my interest. Location of the units were beneficial as well.
Reserved my unit and within a few hours I had my code and unit secured. Very easy and convenient website to use and pay my bill. Got a great deal on the first month and plan to use this as a warehouse. Very safe and secure.

These guys installed our wonderful Stone coated steel metro tile roof back in 2012. It was an awesome experience. Now, 7 years later, the roof is still beautiful and has never leaked! We are looking to do solar and these guys have been helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind to spend time with me to find the right people and equipment to install solar panels without ruining our roof.
