Great place to come with dogs. Use the bathroom at the trailhead and fill up on water as there aren't any on the trail.
This is a great place to take your dogs for a off leash hike. Lovely.
Didn't expect to see so many cows and calves. Great views great for the all ages even pet dogs. Just don't forget the water for the journey.
Absolutely the BEST hiking place in the area. Beautiful view, nice and well managed trails, parking is conveniently located at the bottom of the park. Besides hiking, you also get to see horses and cows nearby trails.
A nice place and good view. It’s crowed on weekends. The parking lot is small, and you can park in the neighborhood.
Mission Peak is certainly one of our favorite intense hiking trails in the area. My main recommendation is to go during the week or early in the morning as it gets packed on the weekends! We usually enter the Mission Peak Trail head address (680 Stanford Ave) via Google Maps and it brings us right to the parking area.
