Been here before. Prices are very competitive so it definitely gives it a great score and for me is most important. However, as a woman, I felt like they tried upsetting me from what I chose and did a bit of scare tactic patching my tire rather than replacing it for a small hole with a nail still in there. I also felt that my business wasn't priority and that they went back and forth a lot with other customers when it was my turn and I had to remind them to do little things I had requested when I brought the car in, and that I was inconveniencing them by asking again after I paid and was about to leave.
