“I had a wonderful experience with ‘Philip. But not only ‘Philip was great, everybody we encountered at the bank was very friendly and helpful. We were there at a very crowded time when we could’ve gotten pushed to the side. ‘Philip made a very boring process enjoyable and his banter did not slow the process one bit. This bank may have had customer service issues in the past, but I believe they are on their way up. Great job.”
