  I had my first private session with Josh, and I thought I would not make it through that first day. But before long I became stronger and more flexible than I can ever remember being. I have joined gyms before, but the workouts always grew tiresome. Between the reformers, the chairs, the springboards, and the barre class, there are so many different exercises to do, and no two classes are ever the same. The instructors are all in tune to everyone in class. I have worked out with some people recovering from injuries, as well as with flexible dancers, and the workout is challenging for those at all levels. Some people need their morning coffee, I need my morning IMX Pilates!
  
  Thank you Josh and Keri for opening up here in Livermore, and for finding Jessi and Suzanne, who challenge us with every workout.

  I want to say how amazing imx pilates is !!!! I love the amazing workouts and the different classes they provide. the instructors are amazing, They care about you and they pay attention to your form to make sure you are doing it correctly so you dont injur yourself!!!!! Amazing fun workout that I look forward to every day. Since I have been coming my husband has complimented on how my body has toned up and the weight I have lost. Thank you imx pilates for the amazing hard work you have provided for me !! I feel AMAZING !!!!

  This is the best pilates studio in the Livermore/Pleasanton area. Their fitness classes and unique and effective. If you're looking for a great and structured type of workout class come check them out, because the first class is free!
