  Every single aspect of my experience with this company was absolutely fantastic! Across the entire spectrum of customer service, product knowledge, meeting my individual needs & specifications on each part in each order, keeping me in the loop and up to date, etc. One of the many areas in which they really stood out from their competitors was the combination of a vast knowledge of their own products as well as virtually all products having any relation or impact on the power cord industry. That they used so well with their very iduvidalized company wide "solution oriented" mind set. When presented with one or more obstacles, you won't hear the average bare minimum response, along the lines of "these are the parts we have available currently, and it will be a wait time of __, until we can restock and ship parts "x,y, and z. Instead they will have an in depth conversation withb you in order to verify they are on the same page as you, and understand clearly which aspects and specifications are the highest priorities and for what reasons. While also deciphering what specifications on each part are absolutely set In stone vs which aspects can be altered in small ways as long as the end result is the same; allowing them to let you know and offer possible alternative options to fill your order in ways that could be more benofcial to you, based on what the highest priority was for that order. Overall focusing on making sure they go above and beyond to assure each customers satisfaction and positive experience, truly earning that customers return business.
