  i've only been here twice and this is my new favorite cafe in the tri valley. Definitely coming back here more often. Love the service and the drinks and food.

  DG is almost an extension of my living room. It's a little like "Cheers." Everyone is friendly and they " know your name." The food is excellent and made to personal preference.
  
  I'm very environmentally conscious, so I love that they have hand-made ceramic mugs and regular metal spoons as options for their drinks...fewer plastics to clutter up the planet.
  
  My drink is a non-fat cappuccino. Henry and Paul are skilled at building a huge, fluffy head of foam. When topped with cocoa powder and nutmeg (my favorite spice), it can be spooned up like the most decadent dessert...without the calories. DG is more than a coffee shop.

  I have been here many times, weekdays and weekends. The staff is always friendly and aim to please. I have tried several different sandwiches and all are very good. Today I had their Breakfast Burrito. I could taste everything in it, egg, potato, ham, cheese, avocado and salsa. It was the best I've had in a long time. No skimping on the ingredients and the tortilla was fresh and filled, so every bite has the filling in it. They also have fresh pastries, which are yummy as well.
  The coffee tastes like coffee, unlike a famous coffee shop's coffee. I've had plain, lattes, and smoothies. All were mmm good. I'm glad they're here and in a good location. And I think the prices are very reasonable.
