Caitlin's class is is something I actually look forward to during my work week! It's challenging yet fun at the same time, and the hour is up before you know it! I love that it's a small class, and Caitlin is great about helping you with form and modifying any exercise if needed. Would highly recommend this studio for folks at all levels of fitness!”

“I’m new to smoking and Brian was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. He explained to me what woods I should use along with what seasoning for different cuts of meat. He even have me a quick tutorial on how to trim a brisket. Definitely took the time to answer all of my questions and I left his shop with a better understanding of how to smoke a good meat. Store was well-stocked with a good selection of quality products. I definitely would recommend stopping by!”
