(December 22, 2015, 12:18 pm)We had the best teachers! Except Mr. McFarlane - 1975. The Parker 5: Mrs. Davis, Miss M. Lee, Miss D. Lee, (sisters) Mrs. Hall, (Arbuckle) and Miss Clay! Five gorgeous Black women who made a wonderful impact on our lives. I graduated in 1976! Mrs. Hall (Arbuckle) knew the Roberts family the longest. She was there for us when our daddy died in 1969. Four out of 6 of us graduated from Parker. My family was walked to school by The Black Panthers. Parker Elementary School IS my history & home.
